The IrisCall Compensation Plan is designed around the core platform of the Optimized Communications Product. This platform enables multiple upsells and positions the company at the forefront of developments, clearing the path for product offerings that other companies with similar products will only be able to offer at a lower quality and a much higher running cost.


This means that IrisCall needs to have a compensation plan which is strong enough to support massive growth, yet rigid enough to pass the test of time. Still being valuable years from now when we are still adding the latest developments in Communication Solutions onto the platform.


The IrisCall Compensation Plan was optimized in growth by taking bonuses and commissions to the maximum level.


On top of that, we pride ourselves in developing a scalable Compensation Plan capable of growing alongside the membership base.

WHAT IS IT?

Each time your personally enrolled associates choose to build their own business, you can help them to get started in the right way. You do this by helping them to grow their network of customers and/or Business Associates.


When you assist them in establishing a solid foundation in the first 30-day period, they will rewarded the Fast-Track Bonus. Of course, there is something in it for you as well, as the Fast-Track Bonus is granted to the 2 levels above the new associate. This means that you can earn over 2 levels deep.

Register at least 5 Business Associates in first 30 days after payment registration, with a minimum level Silver or Gold to qualify for this bonus. If so, the Fast-Track Bonus will be paid over all the packs listed below.

BINARY SALES TEAM BONUS

GLOBAL EXPANSION – PAID WEEKLY

WHAT IS IT?

The Binary Sales Team Bonus is an exciting bonus in the system. Your Associates are placed in a pre-defined structure, and the sales volume they generate is assigned in that position.


This is an extremely motivating Bonus Plan due to this pre-defined structure. You are not only earning on the sales of your personally sponsored Associates, but also override commissions (on Associates of your Upline) that were placed below you, filling up available positions in the pre-defined structure.


How?

Each structure has two teams, a Left Sales Team and a Right Sales Team, either of which can be the Power Leg (Strong Leg) or the Pay Leg (Lesser Leg) on any given commissionable period.


The IrisCall Compensation Plan allows you to earn up to 20% on the sales volume of the Pay Leg to an unlimited depth!


Set your foundation and activate your Binary Sales Team by developing two (2) Personally Sponsored Business Associates. One on the Left Team and one on the Right Team. You can choose to place a new Associate on the side you prefer.

WHO CAN EARN POINTS?


WHO CAN EARN CASH REWARDS FOR THEIR POINTS?

At the end of each week all points of your Left and Right Team are added up. Depending on your Rank (see Rank Qualifications) you will receive the Binary Sales Team Bonus.

Everyone receives points from his/her teams, but only Silver and Gold Business Associates who have at least one Silver or Gold Pack Associate on their Left Team AND on their Right Team qualify for the cash payout. Free members and other Business Associates can always upgrade to Silver or Gold to qualify for a cash payout.


STEPS

Commissions in the IrisCall Binary Sales Team Bonus are calculated using Steps. One Step is achieved when there are enough points accumulated by the Lesser Team (your pay leg) to reach 400, while at the same time you reach 800 points in your Power Leg.

Your Power Leg will be deducted at the ratio 1/3 – 2/3. This means 400 points in your Pay Leg and 800 points in your Power Leg will be matched to form one (1) Step.


At the end of each week our system checks how many Steps you made that week. You can receive up to 20% of your points, depending on your Rank (see Rank Qualifications).

RIPPLE BONUS

WHAT IS IT?

The Ripple Bonus is a Unilevel Bonus. This type of bonuses belong to the core part of building residual income ! Build a solid associate and customer base and receive bonuses each month from renewal orders or upsell orders, generated down up to eight (8) levels deep.


WHO CAN EARN?

IrisCall is committed to make the people’s web. Therefore ALL members receive Ripple Bonus commissions in the form of bonuses and loyalties up to eight (8) levels deep, on all generated revenue.


Business Associates, the people who are actively promoting the business worldwide, receive FULL Ripple Bonus commissions up to eight (8) levels deep.


Ripple Bonuses reward you for building a successful business promoting IrisCall products. This allows you to earn not just from your own sales efforts, but from the sales efforts or your referrals and of your team as well.

WHAT DO I DO?

Promote IrisCall and mentor your team of associates to earn increasing team commissions (the Ripple Bonuses) from product sales generated by your team.


HOW?

Earn up to 27% on team sales down, to a maximum of eight (8) paid levels. Ripple Bonuses increase as you move up the Ranks (see Rank Qualifications).

WHAT IS IT?

Yes, there’s more to the Ripple Bonus Plan than just a percentage earned on your Sales Team. We even match the bonus of your sales teams up to 20% for personally sponsored associates. Plus, earn up to 10% matching bonuses on up to three (3) additional levels.



HOW?

This puts the focus of our associates on making sure that their promoters grow their business too. The Ripple Matching Bonus encourages sponsors to mentor and help develop distributors deep within their marketing organization.

VOCABULARY



BUSINESS ASSOCIATE
Business Associates are independent business owners who participate in the IrisCall Income Opportunity and develop a marketing organization to market our products. Also referred to as ‘Business Associates’ or ‘Promoters’.

COMMISIONABLE VOLUME (CV)
A value assigned to an item and used to track business activity, qualifications and to calculate commissions. This can be seen as our internal currency. We use this because of the worldwide reach of the company and because of the multitude of products being offered.

CONSUMER
Customers are users of the IrisCall products or services.

DISTRIBUTOR
See ‘Business Associate’

GROUP QUALIFICATION VOLUME
Total qualification volume of all the sales generated within your team.

LEG
A descending line of sponsorship starting with you. In a Binary Sales Team
Compensation Plan, there are two (2) lines of sponsorship permitted per distributorship. Commonly referred to as the Left Leg and the Right Leg

LEVEL
The number on which a Promoter lies in your team. Anyone you sponsor is on Level 1. Anyone they sponsor would be on your Level 2.

OVERRIDE
Commissions or bonuses paid to a Promoter for production of their team for which they are not directly responsible.

PAY LEG
The Binary Sales Team Leg (can be either left or right) that has the lesser amount of collective volume at the end of a commissionable period. This may also be reffered to as the ‘Lesser Leg’.

PLACEMENT
The organizational structure of where referrals are placed, level-by-level. This follows strict rules that are either set as default by the company or are configurable by the Associate in order to optimally build their sales team.
POWER LEG
The Binary Sales Team Leg (can be either left or right) that has the greater amount of collective volume at the end of a commissionable period. This may also be reffered to as the ‘Strong Leg’.

PROMOTER
See ‘Business Associate’

RANK
Denotes achievement levels within the IrisCall Compensation Plan. Rank is used to calculate compensation (Pay Rank) and recognize productivity (Recognition or Title Rank).

SPONSOR
Your sponsor is the person who introduced you to the IrisCall opportunity.

TEAM
Those Promoters directly sponsored by a Promoter, plus all the Promoters whose list of sponsorship resulted from and came through that Promoter. Your team consists of all Promoters on your Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, etc., through unlimited depth.
UNILEVEL BONUS
Unilevel, as the name suggests, enables you to sponsor one line of distributors, therefore everyone you sponsor is on your frontline. There are no width limitations to this plan (this means there is no limit to the amount of people you can sponsor in your frontline) and commissions are paid out on a limited depth. The IrisCall Ripple Bonus is paid up to eight (8) levels deep.

UPLINE
The portion of your enroller or sponsor structure that precedes you. This consists of the Promoter who is your enroller and/or Sponsor and their enroller and/or Sponsor, etc.
